Pure, traditional Muay Thai on McDowell Road.
Sit.Silom is a Phoenix gym built on Thai fundamentals: balance, timing, kicks, knees and the clinch. Start in Muay Thai 101, bring your kids, or train toward the ring.
Now offering adult Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm.

A traditional gym in the middle of Phoenix
Sit.Silom opened in 2024 with a simple idea: teach Muay Thai the traditional way. That means a lot of time on the fundamentals, coaches who hold pads for you, and a room where beginners and fighters train side by side.
You'll find heavy bags, open mat space and people who will help you learn. No experience or fitness level is required to start.
Our fighters compete
Jareth Salois represented Sit.Silom at Cactus Fight League's Siam Nights in Chandler on September 19, in a 165 lb amateur bout.
